Drummer Boy

When Digi was first born, I figured that I wouldn't be playing with my drum kit too often due to the extreme noise, so I dismantled it, and stashed it away in the garage (and transferred my affections to an electric kit instead). Obviously, this wasn't a very acceptable state of affairs, so we put it back up at the weekend, and the three year old Digi has rather taken to it.

I'm quite proud!

Is it just me or is that a codpiece or piece of bondage equipment hanging on the wall at the end there?

Also, I am unable to hear his obviously phenomenal drumming and this makes me sad. It is most likely due to some sort of improperly installed driver on our end, which hopefully will be sorted tonight.

Don't get too excited - it's just a “masqued ball” type mask. You know, the sort of thing that they had in Eyes Wide Shut. So, nothing kinky at all. Er…

You can really hear both trilok Gurtu and Nana Vasconcelos in his phrasing…………………. but the really sad thing is….. the drum sound you get off of your camcorder is better than most could hope for in a studio ;-)

It's not even a camcorder. It's a Mac laptop (with built in professional grade Apogee mic pre-amps etc).
