In the studio this week recording “Submarine”, the verse of which dates back to 1997. It now has a brand spanking new chorus featuring lots of gorgeous backing vocals and shimmering guitars. The verse is comprised of lots of synth bleeps and farts and sonar noises.
The Spur Of The Moment section of the site is now online. In addition to the 1995-1998 works, it contains earlier numbers which are somewhat hit and miss. There is also an annotated history for diehard SOM fans.
Over the weekend, I've created an epic Celine Dion style ballad, entitled “The Edge Of The World”. I'm absolutely unable to sing it, but in my head it sounds great (If you like epic Celine Dion style ballads that is). Now, to find a Celine soundalike to record it… Normal service will be resumed shortly.
Current web page is wrapped in plastic, which is apparently gross, and makes me look dead. If you have any strong feelings about this, drop me a mail (contact button above).
There are several parts of the site which are still very much under construction - the music for films / music for children / spur of the moment sections are all currently empty, but will be coming on line over the next month or so.
